The firm is currently seeking an Associate Director to be located in our Chicago or Los Angeles offices. Responsibilities include execution and delivery of challenging valuation engagements – participating in all aspects of the projects from marketing and proposal preparation to presentation/defense of the final analyses.
Our valuation experts participate in all phases of valuation consulting projects from initial client discussions through analysis and conclusion of value opinion. They provide clients with high quality, defensible valuations of business enterprises, equity, debt and intangible assets for a wide variety of objectives, from merger and acquisition activity and strategic consulting to issuing comprehensive reports for financial and tax reporting, litigation, and fairness and solvency opinions.
The firm’s business valuation professionals have a wide range of skills and experience including Chartered Financial Analysts, Certified Public Accountants, and Appraisers with designations from a number of professional organizations, including the Institute of Business Appraisers, the American Society of Appraisers and American Institute of CPAs.
Requisite Qualifications:
* 5 – 7 years of valuation experience
* CBA/CPA/CFA/AM/ASA
* B.S./MBA in Accounting/Finance/Economics
* Strong spreadsheet and computer skills
* Ability to organize and access large volumes of data
* Strong analytical skills
* Superior written and oral communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
