Job Description
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Assist on a variety of projects in corporate finance
2. Research and analyze financial (statement) data for strategic viability
3. Investor relations research and support
4. Analyze reports for key strategic initiatives
5. Perform ad-hoc financial and strategic analyses and research assignments

Requirements for Position:

· College degree. Any related experience in finance, investment banking, consulting or strategic planning is desirable. MBA track preferred
· Very strong quantitative skills. Any ability to interpret financial data including financial statements, key financial ratios, valuation models and techniques is desirable
· In-depth analytical skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts
· Persistence and a strong task orientation balanced with excellent teamwork, listening skills and diplomacy
· Ability to work in a high-paced environment with a sense of urgency
· Attention to detail with strategic and tactical insight
· Ability to develop structure and processes
· Strong written and oral communications skills
· Solid problem-solving ability
· Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Ability to be resourceful and work independently
· High proficiency in Excel, Access and PowerPoint
