The Analyst program is a 2 year program. After the completion of the program, the analyst may be selected to continue as an Associate.
Primary Responsibilities
The candidate will be focused on the identification, analysis, and prioritization of potential investment acquisition candidates. Additional responsibilities will include conducting industry research, preparing internal presentation materials and memoranda, generating valuation and other analyses, and interfacing with portfolio company management and other external constituencies.
Qualification:
The candidate should possess excellent oral and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and be highly resourceful. He or she should possess solid analytical skills and an understanding of valuation, finance, and accounting. The position requires a mature individual with strong interpersonal skills and substantial self-initiative who is comfortable working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Additional preferences include:
- Undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or higher
- AIBA or CBA designation
- Prior internships in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking
