Mr. Hitchener will give a detailed presentation on Cost of Capital:  Duff & Phelps v. Morningstar v. Other v. Common Sense.  Examining the equity risk, size and industry premia, the presentation compares the two sources of risk premia including a side by side application in the Build Up and Modified CAPM; a comparison with ex ante forward looking risk premium data; and hands on case studies and exercises in the calculation of cost of capital.
